  1. Scope. A short, no-obligation call to understand the building, its use, and the systems it has to run.
  2. Size. We size the thermal loads and select equipment for Puerto Rico's heat and humidity, so the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing are sized for the climate the building actually sits in.
  3. Coordinate. We coordinate mechanical, electrical, and plumbing under one lead, resolving the clashes on paper before they show up in the field where fixing them costs real money.

What does MEP engineering cover?

Mechanical (HVAC), electrical, and plumbing, the systems that run a building. Coordinated under one lead, they work together; designed in pieces, they collide in construction.

Why coordinate MEP early?

Because conflicts caught on paper are cheap and conflicts caught in the field are not. Early coordination is the difference between a building that breathes correctly and one that fights its own systems.

Do you handle just mechanical, or all three?

Do you size for Puerto Rico's climate and humidity load?

Yes, and it is not optional here. A mechanical design that ignores the island's heat and humidity undersizes the cooling and invites moisture problems. We size the loads and select equipment for the climate the building actually sits in, not a mainland average.

Is this only for large commercial buildings?

No. Any building where the systems have to work together, commercial or residential, benefits from coordinated MEP. The cost of not coordinating scales with the project.

Can you fix an existing building's systems?

We assess what is installed, find where the systems work against each other, and tell you the path to coordinate them. The same accountable PE stands behind the read.
