How fast will you respond?

I'm not in Puerto Rico yet. Can we still start?
Yes. Most of our investor and diaspora clients reach us before they fly down. We can pre-screen a property and scope the work remotely, then handle the on-site engineering once you're ready.
I'm relocating under Act 60. Can you help with that?
We own the engineering, permitting, inspection, and build side of an Act 60 relocation. We do not provide tax or legal advice; work with your CPA and attorney on the tax side.
